Secretary-General: Adrianna Sekula
Adrianna is a senior at Florida State University majoring in International Affairs with an emphasis in Business. In the past three years, she has been involved in Model United Nations both as a delegate and a staff member, serving FMUN as Director of UNHCR last year. During her time at Tallahassee Community College (TCC) she also served as President of the MUN program and is currently on the Board of Directors for the Tallahassee Southern Model United Nations conference. Adrianna is an active member in her community, as a Co-Founder of Students in Action, a group which sends students to teach at a Volunteer Poverty School in Cambodia, and serving as a board member of the TCC Alumni Board. Her future goals are geared toward travel and working for an international non-profit. She is also a member of the World Affairs Program and is obtaining a global certificate in Human Rights at FSU.
Director-General: Bugra Demirel
Bugra is a senior, international student from Turkey, majoring in International Affairs and Political Science at Florida State University. He is also focusing on Economics and Intergovernmental Organizations as his minors. Bugra has served Tallahassee Community College Model United Nations in positions such as Head Delegate, Vice President and President. He has also participated at the Tallahassee Southern Model United Nation (TSMUN) as Crisis Simulation Coordinator, Director and Chief of Staff. Currently, he is a member of TSMUN Board of Directors, working on expending the mission of the Board throughout the region. He is also planning to intern at the Turkish Mission to the United Nations in Fall 2009. In his free time, Bugra enjoys listening and playing house music, spending time with his friends, organizing social events, and playing basketball and tennis.

Doug is the owner/lead consultant for
Doug Ryan Consulting and co-founder of the Florida Model United Nations. He served as both a student and advisor in Tallahassee Community College's Model United Nations and was the founding Secretary General of the Tallahassee Southern Model United Nations. Doug also serves as the Executive Director of
The Leadership Project which focus on leadership training for student and corporate groups.

Our small volunteer staff provides first class service to the delegates of the Florida Model United Nations Conference. This staff puts forth the effort that keeps FMUN an affordable conference with a focus on education.
